CareFlight Gives Thanks!

During a massive Summer of fires and floods, CareFlight has been there every step of the way. Facing tumultuous conditions of smoke, haze, and rain these heroes have seen it all.

In 2019 alone CareFlight treated and cared for over 6,500 Australians, with almost 3000 people received vital hospital transfers by road or air for the medical attention they needed.

Without CareFlight and the training for the first responders require we can not imagine the sadness and hurt not only by those injured but by their families.

Throughout their great work, CareFlight wants to thank all those who have donated and helped to continue their rescue efforts to save lives across Australia.

“While we are proud of our achievements over the past year, we know that none of this would have been possible without the generous support of everyday Australians. We would like to celebrate and thank all the individuals and communities who are constantly helping our mission to save lives, speed recovery and serve the community.

The generosity from our valued supporters stretches far and wide. It’s impossible to overestimate the importance of a gift. CareFlight’s impact goes so much further than just emergency treatment. It reaches into homes and communities across Australia, bringing vital medical care.”

To help continue CareFlights essential work in 2020 they require donations and support. To find out how you can donate visit CareFlight’s website https://careflight.org/
